For Nicol Bolas to be worth a pre-order at $30 it would have to be pretty stable in the $30-$40 range, which would only happen if Grixis instantly became the best deck in Standard
The one major downside is that one of the promo cards is an oversized version of the regular Zapdos ex, so it takes up a fair bit of space
To the right holder, they are not worthless
